PDF based EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

Platform & Technology used: Asp.Net | C# | iTextSharp PDF library

This system enables the generation of dynamic PDF prescription charts per patient, based on selected profile and selected theme. It had completely customizable theme and profile settings in xml form. The counter of PDF being generated of various types are maintained on the server for analysis/reporting.
